We are Kim and Raphael (both 28 years old), two young professionals living in Lucerne. Since our third roommate is moving out at the end of September, we are looking for a new person to complete our 3-room apartment from October.
A bit about us:
Kim works as a carpenter and timber engineer, Raphael as a project manager for electric drives. We are both quite sporty and enjoy spending our free time actively. Whether playing table tennis, swimming in the lake, or going out for a drink - we are up for anything.
Our apartment is spacious and offers a cozy living room and a large rooftop terrace, which we use frequently. The shared flat life is quite vibrant and colorful: We often cook and/or eat together, spontaneously do something, and enjoy spending time together. At the same time, it's important to us that each person has their own rhythm and personal space. Looking out for each other is highly valued.
Good music, good mood, and pleasant interaction with each other are particularly important to us. Therefore, we wish for a person who also enjoys a lively, uncomplicated shared flat life and is willing to contribute - without feeling obligated.
