Hi
I'm Nicolas (37, web designer) and I've been living in this apartment since 2014. I live with Liam (26, industrial designer). The apartment is centrally located, cozy, spread over two floors, and has a private rooftop terrace ... pretty nice, especially in the summer.
About the apartment (4.5 rooms):
I have a web agency, do a lot of sports, and have a daughter in Barcelona.
Liam is from Liechtenstein and often at home on weekends. We're both often on the road and rarely at home. When we see each other, it should be uncomplicated: a bit of chat, a beer or a glass of wine, a relaxed atmosphere. No apartment sharing obligation, but also no utilitarian apartment sharing.
