The room is ideal for a quiet and reliable person (male or female) who appreciates a well-kept and pleasant living atmosphere. The room will be naturally cleared before moving in, and if needed, a large wardrobe can be taken over.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with very good public transportation connections (bus stop directly in front of the house, 16 minutes to Baden by bus or 38 minutes to Zurich main station by bus / train). Shopping possibilities (Aldi, Migros), post office, hairdresser / barber, and fitness studio are also nearby.

Duration: unlimited (with sublease agreement, landlord's consent is given)
