We are looking for a suitable roommate for our beautiful 4-room shared apartment. The room will be sublet from mid-October 2026 to the end of September 2027. A subsequent unlimited takeover is theoretically possible, but can only be definitively confirmed in the course of the next year.

The apartment:
The shared apartment is very well-maintained, has a good room layout, and offers a lot of space. The equipment is modern and offers amenities such as a washing tower, a greened balcony, and a modern kitchen. The location is central, yet quiet. You won't be bothered by the nearby hospital, and you can quickly get to the Lindberg. A practical bike room is available.

The room:
The room is 18sqm in size and very bright due to the large windows (south-facing). You will share one of the two bathrooms with a roommate. The sparse furniture can be taken over or used by agreement if needed.

We are:
Laia (37), photographer, designer, and musician - loves to play music, cook, and do yoga
Anke (34), hospital manager - loves to be outdoors in nature, whether playing beach volleyball or climbing
Janine (38), yoga instructor - loves Ticino and Dolce Vita
Martin (37), project manager - is away on business for a year and is looking for a worthy replacement :-)

We're looking for:
An open-minded, tidy, and non-smoking person who wants to integrate into our shared apartment and is roughly in our age range. Since we are all working professionals and go about our daily routine, it's relatively quiet at our place. Nevertheless, social interaction and a nice get-together are important to us. So, you might meet up spontaneously in the kitchen or on the balcony for a drink.
