I'm Laura, 34, and I'm starting my Master's in Sports Science at the University of Bern in September. That's why I'm looking for a subtenant, weekly resident, or roommate for my beautiful apartment on Holligenstrasse in Bern.

The room is my former home office, 12.18 m² in size and will be rented unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is already furnished and can be used as well. This includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a beautiful view of Schloss Holligen.
About me:
I love sports and movement, especially dancing, tennis, and cycling. A tidy and clean home is important to me. That's why I'm looking for an uncomplicated, reliable, and also tidy subtenant.

The blue zone is located directly in front of the property. If a parking space in the garage is desired, I would need to clarify this with the administration.
