The property is located near the city center.
In a few minutes' walk, you are at the train station, the tram is just around the corner, (currently out of operation). In the nearby Güterstrasse, there are restaurants, shopping opportunities, and various sports centers.
Entertainment options like theaters, cinemas, etc. are easily accessible on foot or by bike, and you can also get around without a car. If you like, you can attend the carnival, for example, the Morgenstreich, but you can also enjoy the peace and quiet if you don't like it, as it's not directly in the center.
