Which individual (under 40) weekly commuter or weekend commuter (NO PRIMARY RESIDENCE) would like to have a furnished room with balcony in a 3.5-room apartment in Wollishofen? It is a short walking distance from the tram stop (No 7). Modern kitchen, modern bathroom, otherwise old building with parquet and tiles. Available from October 2026 by arrangement.

Since I (+50 years old, former ETH doctoral student) am only in Zurich for business a few days a week, I would like to sublet a room from October 1, 2026. Preferably, I would like to give the room to a working person who is in Zurich for a few days a week, like me, and is looking for a quiet, well-kept accommodation. Applications that do not meet these criteria unfortunately cannot be considered.
