It is with sadness that we are leaving our shared accommodation and transferring our lease for November 1st, 2026, for this beautiful 3.5-room apartment with 2 separate bathrooms!
The apartment is approximately 70m2, has 2 west-facing rooms, 2 separate bathrooms (1 shower+WC and 1 bathtub+WC), and a large living room with a balcony facing east, ideal for morning coffee to the sound of sheep bells. The building is recent and well soundproofed. Some furniture will be left in the apartment, including the washing machine, the large white wardrobe in one of the rooms, and the TV cabinet (with the shelves above), the price is negotiable (candidates accepting the furniture will be prioritized).
There is also a shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, a small shared bike room, and a personal cellar.
The lease is transferred with an outdoor parking space for 80 CHF/month. There is a possibility to take over a second parking space, in agreement with the management.
The apartment is located on Route Saint-Nicolas-de-Flüe, in a little-frequented alley and close to the forest, near a Coop Pronto, 15 minutes from the train station and the city center. The Fribourg-South highway exit is also close and easily accessible.
