We are renting a furnished or unfurnished room in a beautiful and spacious luxury shared apartment

The modern townhouse is located at Seidenweg 10 in 8600 Dübendorf and offers over 230 m² of living space as well as private outdoor areas directly on the Glatt.

All inclusive no hidden costsThe rent includes all ancillary costs as well as numerous extras:

• Electricity, water, and other ancillary costs
• High-speed internet
• Cleaning service and cleaning robot
• Netflix
• PlayStation for shared use
• Use of all communal rooms and household appliances

Basically, you only need to buy your own food and laundry detergent. There are no fixed chores or fixed cleaning tasks. We only care that the shared areas are left clean and tidy.
Room and bathroomThe room is partially furnished. You can, of course, bring your own furniture after discussion.
You share a bathroom with a rain shower with another person. Additionally, a second bathroom with a bathtub is available to you at all times.
For visitors, there is a separate guest room that can be used by all residents after discussion.

High-quality equipmentThe Minergie-certified house has a modern ventilation system and triple-glazed windows. This provides a pleasant indoor climate and very good thermal and sound insulation.
The equipment includes, among other things:

The terrace is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, barbecuing, or spending cozy evenings with friends and roommates. You can also swim in the Glatt directly in front of the house.

LocationThe house is located in the popular and modern Zwicky Areal on the border between Dübendorf and Wallisellen.
The Wallisellen, Neugut, and Dübendorf, Neugut Süd stops are within a few minutes' walk. Zurich, Stettbach, Wallisellen, the Glatt center, and the airport are quickly and easily accessible by public transport.
Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, fitness offers, and other services are located directly in the surrounding area. A car is not necessary for everyday life.
The location directly on the Glatt also offers numerous opportunities for:

• Walks
• Jogging
• Cycling
• Sports and outdoor activities
• Relaxation directly on the water

About usWe are a mixed, international shared apartment and describe ourselves as modern, open-minded, and uncomplicated.
Sometimes we cook or eat together, watch a movie, play PlayStation or board games, and do something together. However, everything is voluntary and relaxed. Each person has enough privacy and can organize their own daily life.
Since we all work a lot and some of us have a second home, we are not always at home. Due to the size of the house, there is a lot of space and numerous opportunities to retreat.
Cleanliness, order, mutual respect, and open and honest communication are important to us.
Parties, invitations, and overnight guests are possible in principle after prior discussion.
From time to time, two cats also visit us. They do not live with us permanently, but should be considered in case of a cat allergy.

Who we are looking forWe are looking for a friendly, reliable, respectful, and uncomplicated person who is interested in a long-term rental and fits well into an open and international shared apartment.
