We are looking for a subtenant for the shared apartment in Hadlaubstrasse.
It's a very quiet room in a private semi-detached house near the Rigiblick cable car. The room is located on the 1st floor of a partially historic building. In the private household, 3 other rooms are sublet, and the apartment owners only live in the house occasionally. The rent includes utilities and WiFi. The kitchen, dining room, washing machine and dryer in the laundry room, as well as the garden, can be shared.
The room is fully furnished and rented including a bed, wardrobe, various cabinets, and a small desk. (Images show partial furniture from previous tenants.)
Since it's also a private apartment, the apartment owners ask to refrain from having guests or to discuss them in advance.
Currently, 3 other young men, students and workers, live in the shared apartment.
