I'm looking for a new roommate for this beautiful 2.5 room apartment in Zurich Affoltern.
About the apartment:
The free room is approximately 14-15m² in size, unfurnished and nicely bright.
The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of a small multi-family house in a quiet residential area. The kitchen and bathroom are already fully equipped, and I'm currently furnishing the small living/dining room. We have a small dishwasher and access to a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline in the house. There's also a basement storage room.
The apartment is owned by a private owner, and the rent for the room without additional costs is 740 CHF.
The location:
You can reach Affoltern train station and several bus stops in about 5 minutes on foot. There's also a small shopping center right at the train station. The nearby forest and Katzensee lake are particularly beautiful.
About me:
I'm Lisa, 29 years old, and I work at ETH Zurich as a doctoral student. During the week, I usually work full-time and am therefore mostly at home in the evenings.
I enjoy cooking and baking, and I like to do yoga, dance, and currently a lot of endurance sports. In general, I would say I'm an uncomplicated and open person. I think it's nice to sit together and chat over dinner in a shared apartment, but it's also important to respect each other's need for alone time.
