English speaking shared apartment looking for a new flatmate!
The room is fully furnished as on the picture and it's about 12 m3. The bed in this room is 140 cm wide.
The apartment is 100 m3, 4.5 rooms, 3 bedrooms, a living room with a simple home cinema and a dining area for 4 person. 3 bedrooms mean that there are 3 flatmates all together. Tram no.7 is 5 minutes walking. There's a Denner just about 2 minutes away and a Migros also quite close.
About the house: Washing is shared, there are 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers. There is a drying room with a wall machine that is free to use. Garbage disposal is 24/7. Recycle station is at the tram stop, 5 minutes away.
In general the place is quiet and we would like to keep it like that.
Currently 2 flatmates are changing. (You may move along with a friend.) The only tenant staying for long is a student from Greece who studies his master level in IT.
If interesting an underground parking lot is available for an extra 100 CHF.
