Hello everyone!
I currently live alone in a 3.5-room apartment and am looking for someone to move in with me and form a relaxed 2-person shared apartment - for a longer period, not as a short-term solution.
The room
10.1 m² in size, unfurnished, with built-in closet - enough space to make yourself comfortable.
The apartment
69 m² on the 3rd floor. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are already furnished, and the apartment was partially renovated recently. A pleasant atmosphere to feel good.
Location
Well connected - the Frankental stop is only 3 minutes' walk away, and the Coop is just around the corner, covering everyday needs. The Werdinsel is also nearby, ideal for a dip in the water on warm days.
About me
I'm Fabio, 26, working as a business informatics specialist at BMW and two days a week in the home office. In my free time, I do a lot of calisthenics and like to swim, cook, and travel. Most importantly, I just want the chemistry to be right.
Who I'm looking for
Someone who is reliable and uncomplicated and really wants to move in with me for a longer period - no purpose-built shared apartment, no short-term parking.
