I am looking for a single person or a couple as subtenants for my fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in Wiedikon while I am traveling. The period is fixed for 3 months from late October/early November 2026 to late January 2027.
The apartment is 55 m² in size and is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. The location is super central, directly at Fritschiwiese and Friedhof Sihlfeld, between Lochergut and Albisriederplatz. It is a typical old building with a simple standard. The furniture shown in the photos will all remain, and I will create space for you as much as possible (e.g., wardrobe, kitchen shelf, ).
Apartment:
1 living room
1 bedroom (with double bed)
1 kitchen, fully equipped. Mini-dishwasher and gas stove.
1 bathroom, with bathtub
Cellar compartment available, a small part can be made available by arrangement
Washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use in the cellar (with coin-operated machine, approx. 1 CHF for a normal wash cycle)
Rent & Deposit:
Rent: CHF 1860 / month + flat rate CHF 100 / month for all additional ancillary costs (electricity, gas, WLAN/TV)
Deposit (escrow account): 2 months' rent
Important - Proof of liability insurance & residence permit in Switzerland
