The spacious living and dining room has a parquet floor and is equipped with a solid wood table with six chairs, a dresser, and a cozy sofa. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping sofa if needed; a suitable topper is also available. A projector and soundbar provide a home cinema experience.

From the living room, you can directly access the large balcony, which is nicely oriented towards the evening sun and sunsets. The equipment includes a lounge sofa, a small table with chairs, and a grill.

The compact kitchen is very well equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher. Dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and further kitchen equipment are available. An additional shelf provides space for food.
