I'm looking for someone to take over my newly renovated 1-room apartment (30 m²) in Corsier, available from 1 December 2026.

Location: Ground floor, in a very peaceful and quiet area of Corsier, GE.

• Private cellar (cave)
• Shared laundry room with scheduled use, included
• ~15 min walk to the lakeside at Corsier-Port
• 1 min walk from Corsier Village bus stop
• Direct bus to Genève-Plage in ~20 min
• Migros, Coop and Manor ~10 min by bus in Vésenaz

Rent: CHF 1,410/month, excluding utilities (electricity to be arranged with SIG).

Lease takeover: Available from 1 December 2026. The current lease runs until February 2027, with yearly renewal thereafter.

Furniture & household items: I'm happy to leave all or most of the existing furniture and household items at a very low price or even for free, including:

• Mattress
• Desk and side tables
• Dining table and chairs
• Pull-out sofa bed
• Dishes and silverware
• Cooking utensils and kitchen supplies
• Other useful household items already in the apartment

The apartment can therefore be essentially move-in ready, without having to buy everything from scratch.

• Copy of ID/passport
• Residence permit
• Last 3 salary slips
• Attestation de non-poursuite issued within the last 3 months

Photos of furniture will be provided privately, and visits can be arranged as soon as possible.
