The apartment is located in a quiet building with a green area on the 4th and thus top floor. It is maximally flooded with light due to its large window and the view from the south-facing balcony of Lenzburg Castle and the rest of the city is wonderful. The bathroom is extremely modern with a walk-in shower with glass partition. The apartment comes with its own washing machine (+ dryer) and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a oven. Storage space is relatively abundant in the built-in closets, and the dry basement also offers space for storage. A fiber optic connection is available.

If required, the still available furniture (shelf as room divider), bathroom furniture, and wardrobe can be taken over.

The search for a subtenant works as follows: At the viewing, there is a form that must be handed over to me together with a current debt collection register extract. Whoever is sufficiently solvent (rent max 1/3 salary) will be immediately proposed by me as a subtenant.
