* A commercial space of 20 to 40 m² or an apartment with 1 to 2 rooms, 30 to 50 m² (possible takeover of the lease)
* Region: Pully, Mont sur Lausanne, Cugy, Romanel, Cheseaux, Ecublens, Denges, Préverenges
* Close to bus stops/train station with WC/shower and a quiet environment preferably
* Price between 500 and 900.- CHF per month, per day or if existing equipment
I am a therapist student in Lausanne. I work outside the complementary insurances and have a small clientele that I want to keep (this represents 2 days a week / 4 people max).
I am a serious, solvent person without any convictions or criminal record. I study each proposal. If you have an address, a contact in a management company, or know an owner, do not hesitate. I remain available for any additional information or for a visit.
