the large room in our shared flat will be available. 17.2 m2 are at your free disposal for furnishing. You have your own small bathroom for your rent, which is only for you.
We are Florian (39, diploma nurse) and I Daniel (social pedagogue in studies).
In the shared flat, we like it very clean and share the tasks among us. We cook independently of each other almost every evening and live very consciously otherwise.
The basic costs are covered with the rent.
Final bills from the pension fund, municipal utilities, and Serafe are divided according to rental share.
