I am looking for a person interested in taking over my 3.5-room apartment of approximately 70 m², ideally located on GrandRue in Morges.
I currently pay a rent of 1760.- including charges.
The location is exceptional: Morges train station is 7-10 minutes on foot, Migros and Coop 5 minutes on foot, the lake 2 minutes, library and cinema 5 minutes, as well as numerous bars and restaurants nearby.
Apartment description: Large fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A separate living room, two bedrooms: one large and one smaller. Bathroom with bathtub as well as a system to connect your washing machine, 1 separate toilet, a very large storage room serving as a cellar.
Shared laundry room and bike room available to tenants.
Note: There is no cellar, no balcony, and no parking space (knowing that the sports park is 5 minutes on foot, possibility of having a parking token with the commune)
