From October or by agreement, we rent a freshly renovated house part in 2026 with 4 1/2 rooms plus a converted attic (suitable for a studio, hobby room, etc.) on 120sqm. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a large shower, and on the 1st floor, an additional separate toilet. Many windows already have fly screens.
Additionally, a basement room offers a lot of storage space. The washing machine (17L)/tumbler must be shared with one party (owner). The existing garden is not intended for shared use, but there is the possibility to set up a seating area in front of or next to the house.
Dogs are not allowed, but smaller pets are. It is a non-smoking apartment. A parking space is included in front of the house, and additional spaces can possibly be rented in the neighborhood.
We (the owners) are a lively family of five with three school-age children. In the middle of the house (between the two apartments) is our midwifery practice. Families are cared for there before, during, and after birth. Therefore, it may happen that birth sounds can be heard from time to time (about 1-3 times a month). The apartment is particularly suitable for couples, max. with one child. Rent 1850.- CHF, plus 150.- CHF ancillary costs deposit.
