The room is available from October or November, with a flexible move-in date to be agreed upon.

We are:
a colorful shared apartment directly at Winterthur train station. Our 5-room old building apartment convinces with a sunny balcony facing the inner courtyard, large rooms with high ceilings, as well as a modern kitchen and bathroom. We share a bathroom with a separate toilet and a living kitchen, which is also the social hub of the apartment and more than replaces the missing living room.

Yves, 29:
The longest-serving member of the apartment and works in the Web3/Blockchain segment (don't worry if you don't know what that is - he'll try to explain it to you again and again). Besides strength training and personal development, he has recently discovered his passion for traveling and the sensual (e.g., meditation). With Yves, you can talk about anything - he always has an open ear and is genuinely interested in what's currently occupying and moving you. His curious nature makes conversations with him profound and relaxed at the same time. And if it gets spontaneous: He's almost always available for a restaurant visit or other activities.

Nate, 26:
I'm Nate, 26, and I work as an AI Marketing Strategist at a bank - or in other words: I let Anthropic and OpenAI work while I pretend to be busy ;) Therefore, I prefer to invest my time in traveling, playing padel, spontaneous hikes - preferably to Seealpsee - or simply in shared time in the apartment or in the city with friends. Born in South Africa and having spent three years each in Bristol and Durban, I've brought a lot of good baggage - an open view of the world, many perspectives, and even more stories. After the rather serious banking day, I appreciate honest, humorous cohabitation and a healthy dose of irony, because you don't have to take life too seriously.

Lynn, 23:
Psychologist - and no, she can't read minds - and spends her free time doing sports, cooking, or with a book. She's currently working on her PhD, but it's better not to ask her how her project is going - a sensitive topic. She's always open to conversation and may seem a bit quiet at first, but she's uncomplicated and very interested. As a morning person, you'll meet her more often at 6:00 AM than at 9:00 PM (critical voices would say she's actually much older than 23).

Cem, 29:
Social educator (with heart and soul!) and lives consciously, honestly, and deeply - but also has room for nonsense, humor, chaos, and indulgence. He works in the social sector with young people, which can be challenging, intense (especially time-intensive), and sometimes chaotic - exactly how he likes it. In his free time, you'll find him at the gym, in nature, in the mountains, at concerts or raves, or cozy with a coffee, philosophizing about life. Open communication, respectful cohabitation, and spaces where you can be yourself with all your edges and corners (even with a bad mood) are very important to him.
We also share a basement compartment and the washing machine token for a communal washing machine and a dryer in the basement.

The room:
approximately 28m² in size, with a beautiful parquet floor and equipped with a closet if needed.
