Since we will be traveling for a longer period, we are subletting our bright 2.5-room apartment in the beautiful Länggassquartier for 2 months (October and November 2026, exact dates flexible).

In addition to the two rooms, the kitchen with a small dining area can also be closed separately. The bathroom is relatively large and has a bathtub. In the entrance area, there is also a practical storage room with plenty of storage space. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need to live and also with some more: two office workstations (one with an adjustable standing desk; the screen is not included), sofa bed, and projector (without subscriptions), additional freezer in the kitchen. The rent includes all ancillary costs (electricity, heating, water, sewage), internet (1 Gbit/s fiber from Init7), and Serafe. There is no storage space outside the apartment, except for bicycles. A garden plot for shared use is included.

Coop, Migros, restaurants, and Bremgartenwald are within walking distance. The Unitobler bus stop is just around the corner. The building is not directly on Länggassstrasse, so you don't hear the traffic.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a single person. We are not just renting an apartment, but a home where you can feel comfortable. In return, we are looking for someone who will treat the home as such and return it :) Pets are not allowed.
