I am renting out my beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Lorraine in Bern as a sublet. I am looking for a single person or a couple.

The apartment is located in a renovated old building and has a beautiful parquet floor. It is rented unfurnished.

A special plus for cat owners: The apartment already has a cat door. Therefore, I would prefer to rent the apartment to someone with a cat. 🐈

The location is really ideal: Bern train station is just a few minutes away by bike, bus, or on foot. At the same time, you are quickly in the city center and have everything you need for daily life right nearby.
