An uncomplicated adult shared flat with three working roommates between the ages of 29 and 40, looking for a person who wants to become a long-term part of our shared flat.
The room:
9.8 m² large, bright attic apartment, huge balcony, quiet residential area with pleasant neighborhood.
Furnished: 530 CHF or unfurnished for 460 CHF.
What to expect:
We have a friendly and lively Labrador who loves walks. Liking dogs or having one is a requirement.
Costs:
The rent already includes almost everything: electricity, water, WLAN, waste, Serafe, and other ancillary costs, as well as a cleaning lady every two weeks. Only your personal expenses like mobile subscription, insurance, or your own streaming services are added.
About us:
We work in different professions (IT, electrical, train driver) and bring a varied everyday life. We value respectful and uncomplicated interaction. Everyone has their own life, yet we appreciate a pleasant and relaxed cohabitation.
Who we're looking for:
You are reliable, tidy, and not just looking for a temporary solution, but want to stay for at least a year or longer. If you fit well into a quiet and open shared flat, we look forward to getting to know you.
Who we're NOT looking for:
Students and emergency solutions.
We rent out gladly, but that just doesn't fit us. We'd rather find someone suitable than someone quick.
