Das Zimmer:
- 12,4 m², möbliert PAX-Schrank, Bett und Regal.
- Direkter Zugang zum Balkon vom Zimmer aus.
- Das Mobiliar kann nach Wunsch ergänzt oder angepasst werden.

Die Wohnung:

• Grosszügiges Wohnzimmer mit 25,2 m²
• Separate, voll ausgestattete Küche.
• Das Badezimmer ist klein.
• Balkon, Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung, Kellerabteil, Lift.
• Ich bin selbst erst kürzlich eingezogen und richte die Wohnung laufend hochwertig weiter ein.

Die Lage:

• Pendlertraum: Nur zwei Häuserblocks vom Bahnhof Stadelhofen und vom - - Tramknoten Bellevue die ganze Stadt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
• - Direkt am See: Utoquai und Zürichhorn sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
• Alltag leicht gemacht: 5 Supermärkte in kurzer Gehdistanz zwei davon sonntags und an Feiertagen geöffnet.
• Lebendiges Quartier: Unzählige Cafés, Bars und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.

Über mich und wen ich suche:
Ich heisse Marco, bin 35 und selbstständig als Software Engineer. Beruflich bin ich stark eingespannt und oft unterwegs. In der Freizeit bin ich viel draussen unterwegs, vor allem mit dem Mountainbike und dem Gravel, interessiere mich generell für Sport und reise gerne. Ich koche ab und zu, dafür mit Anspruch, und bin ziemlicher Kaffeenerd inklusive Siebträgermaschine.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit mir und regelmässig auch mit meiner Freundin, die in Malta lebt und oft in Zürich ist. Mir ist ein gepflegtes Miteinander wichtig. Wenn die Interessen passen, unternehmen wir gerne auch mal etwas gemeinsam, bei gleichzeitigem Respekt für die Privatsphäre.
Wichtig: Ein sauberes und ordentliches Zuhause hat für mich hohe Priorität. Ich suche jemanden, der diesen Standard ganz natürlich teilt und proaktiv mithilft, also nichts liegen lässt und die gemeinsamen Räume aufgeräumt hält. Das ist auch der Grund, weshalb das Zimmer zunächst befristet vermietet wird.
Zur Person: Ich suche jemanden Berufstätigen in einer ähnlichen Lebensphase, ungefähr zwischen ~27 und ~40. Für Studierende ist das Zimmer leider nicht geeignet.

The Apartment:

• Generous 25.2 sqm living room
• Separate, fully equipped kitchen.
• The bathroom is small.
• Balcony, washing machine and dryer in the apartment, cellar space, lift.
• I have only recently moved in myself and am continuing to furnish the apartment to a high standard.

The Location:

• A commuter's dream: just two blocks from Stadelhofen station and the Bellevue tram hub, the whole city within minutes.
• Right by the lake: Utoquai and the Zürichhorn are only a few minutes away.
• Everyday life made easy: 5 supermarkets within a short walk, two of them open on Sundays and public holidays.
• Lively neighbourhood: countless cafes, bars and restaurants just around the corner.

About me and who I'm looking for:
I'm Marco, 35, self-employed as a software engineer. Work keeps me busy and I travel a fair bit. In my free time I'm mostly outdoors, above all on the mountain bike and the gravel bike. I'm into sport generally and I like to travel. I cook now and then, but properly, and I'm something of a coffee nerd, espresso machine included.
You'd share the apartment with me and regularly with my girlfriend, who lives in Malta and is often in Zurich. Considerate, easy coexistence matters to me. If our interests overlap we can happily do things together, while respecting each other's privacy.
Important: a clean and tidy home is a high priority for me. I'm looking for someone who shares that standard naturally and contributes proactively, meaning nothing left lying around and shared spaces kept in order. That's also why the room is offered on a fixed term to begin with.

Who I'm looking for: someone working, at a similar stage of life, roughly between ~27 and ~40. Unfortunately the room isn't suitable for students.
