As of September 17, 2026 (or a few days later), we are looking for a subtenant for our maisonette attic apartment with a lake view in a prime location in Zurich-Riesbach.

The apartment is located in a listed Riegelhaus in the lower area on the idyllic Flühgasse, one of the most beautiful residential areas in the quarter. Lake Zurich and Tiefenbrunnen train station are within a 5-minute walk. From there, the S-Bahn takes you to Zurich main station in 7 minutes. Thanks to the Velovorzugsroute along the Zollikerstrasse, you can also reach Stadelhofen and the city center quickly and easily by bike. Bikes can be parked behind the house. There is no private parking for cars, but you can always find a parking space in the blue zone without any problems.

The 4.5-room maisonette apartment spans the 2nd and 3rd floors. The apartment is a true lover's object with a lot of charm and history. Visible wooden beams, sloping roofs, and the historic building substance characterize the character of the rooms.

Further highlights: Lake view from the living room, approximately 111 m² of living space plus an additional private entrance area and staircase, as well as a cellar room (approximately 12 m²) behind the apartment door, spacious living area with parquet floor, kitchen with high-quality granite surfaces and induction stove, bathroom/WC with granite surfaces, two WCs, one bathtub and separate shower, chimney, private laundry room with own tumbler on the ground floor, and only one other rental party in the house.

The third room on the 2nd floor has no doors and is suitable, for example, as a study or guest room. The wooden beams in the attic run visibly through the room.

We have lived in the apartment as a family, but it is also suitable for other constellations, such as couples without children.
