We would like to sublet our 3.5-room apartment in Winterthur, near the Geiselweid swimming pool, for 2 months (05 September 2026 - 29 October 2026 or by agreement).

The apartment offers enough space for a single person, a couple, a small family, or a shared apartment. It is fully furnished and equipped to make you feel right at home. It is also possible to rent only one of the two rooms. The rent will be reduced accordingly. (Including large room 1600,-; including small room 1400,-)

During our absence, we wish for a tidy and responsible person who handles our furniture with care and can take care of our plants ;)

The apartment features:
- spacious living-dining-kitchen area (with dishwasher)
- large room approx. 17m2 (bed 160x200)
- small room approx. 12.5m2 (bed 140x200)
- bathroom with bathtub and double sink (washing machine and dryer)

The location:
- bus stop right in front of the door
- approx. 10 minutes to Winterthur train station
- old town within walking distance approx. 10 minutes
- shopping possibilities Deutweg within walking distance approx. 5 minutes
- important in summer: the Geiselweid swimming pool is just around the corner ;)

The rent includes:
- fully furnished and equipped apartment
- electricity, water
- internet, cable TV
- if needed, underground parking space (150,- per month)
