Description
Hello :)
In our newly founded shared apartment at Weinbergli 6, one room is available from September 1st or by arrangement.
The 3.5-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house with a beautiful garden, which can be shared. It has a renovated kitchen, a bathroom, three rooms, and direct access to the garden. The location is close to Ufschütti and Wagner, making it perfect for you if you like to be by the lake in the summer. Lucerne train station is about 10 minutes away (by bus or bike), so you can quickly get to the university or college.
The available room has 8.4 square meters and a great view of the small woodland that belongs to the apartment. This is maintained by a forester, so we don't have to deal with it directly, but we are allowed to use it. :) In the summer, it's probably the coolest room since it never gets direct sunlight.
We will convert the entrance into a living room and also make the kitchen a place where everyone can comfortably hang out. Additionally, the beautiful natural garden can be used in the summer, of course.
About us:
We are Pascal (21 he/him) and Lenja (20 she/her), and we know each other from our four years of training at the Graphic Design school in Lucerne. We are both returning to Lucerne for our studies.
Lenja grew up in Sarnen and has already lived in a shared apartment in Berlin. She also lived in Ko Samui, Thailand, for a while, where she trained in Thai boxing. This September, she will start her studies in Art and Design Mediation at HSLU. In her free time, she still practices Thai boxing. :) Lenja also loves nature and travels a lot.
Like Lenja, I am a graphic designer and will start my architecture studies in September. I grew up in the canton of Aargau but have already lived in shared apartments in Vienna and Basel. Besides studying, I work on various graphic design projects and teach skiing in the winter. I also enjoy nature and often attend concerts. :) We are looking for someone between 20 and 25 who can imagine living in the described room despite the less-than-ideal spatial conditions. Of course, the room can be visited before moving in. We plan a cozy shared apartment life, and we value cleanliness and a beautiful interior.
We are mainly looking for furniture on Ricardo and in second-hand stores. Many things will already be available when you move in, but others will still be missing. The most important things like kitchen utensils will already be there, though. You are welcome to bring your own furniture and contribute to the design of the apartment.
We are both happy people who are always open to conversation or activities if time allows. At the same time, we think mutual respect is important so that we all feel comfortable.
If you've read this far, please start your message by telling us what your favorite ice cream flavor is. :)
Feel free to write us a few lines about yourself; we're looking forward to it. :)
Best, Pascal & Lenja
