The apartment is located on the ground floor/basement of a row house and offers a lot of privacy. The highlight is the beautiful, protected garden, which is directly connected to the spacious living/dining area with a large window front.

Although officially listed as a 1.5-room apartment, it has a separate bedroom. This does not officially count as an additional room due to its size of less than 10 m², but it easily accommodates a 160-cm bed and a 1.75 m wide PAX wardrobe.
