We are looking for a new roommate for our 15m² room in our shared apartment in Wollishofen, starting from 02.10.2026.
The room will be unfurnished, but the existing closet can be taken over if needed. The rent is CHF 500 per month, excluding heating and electricity costs.
What we're looking for:
You're around 20 to 30 years old, ideally a student, and are looking for more than just a functional shared apartment. It's important to us that you're open, uncomplicated, and rather extroverted, and that you enjoy spending time with your roommates.
We're looking for someone who wants to experience a real shared apartment lifestyle: cooking together, spontaneously doing something, sitting together in the evenings, inviting friends over, or just chatting about the day over a beer. Of course, everyone also has their own space, but we want to make sure that people don't just run into each other in the kitchen by chance.
