Room
We are looking for a new flatmate for a cozy, fully furnished room of approximately 20 m² in our shared apartment.
The room is very quiet and bright and has a large window.
The apartment is located in a modern building and is approximately 145 m² in size. It has large windows and plenty of space. The apartment is equipped with its own washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a barbecue and seating area.

Location
The apartment is located in Seebach, right on the border with Oerlikon. Supermarkets and other shops such as Coop, Migros, Denner, pharmacies, etc. are within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Thanks to its proximity to the airport, the location is also ideal for frequent travellers.
Seebach train station and the Seebach tram stop are approximately a 10-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop just around the corner, providing a quick connection to the city centre.

Shared Living
The atmosphere is very relaxed and uncomplicated. At the same time, we value cleanliness and respect everyone's privacy.

Additional Information
A cleaner comes once a week to clean the shared areas and, if needed, your room as well. The cost of the weekly cleaning service is already included in the utilities.

An underground parking space can optionally be rented for CHF 140 per month. Alternatively, there are plenty of Blue Zone parking spaces in front of the building.

The furniture in the room must be taken over from the current tenant for CHF 1,100.
