In our beautiful 4-room apartment, the largest room in the apartment will be available (24.1 m²) with direct access to the terrace and a view of the Limmat.
We are Marcel (32), Sam (30), and Julia (26) and are looking for an open, uncomplicated new roommate who enjoys a relaxed apartment life and is not just looking for a functional apartment.

The apartment
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated, historic building in an absolute top location in Zurich..

Additionally, a cleaning lady comes by once a week.
The apartment is fully equipped, and nothing is missing in the kitchen.

The location is quite unbeatable:

• 3 minutes walk to HB Zurich
• 1 minute to Stampfenbachplatz
• 1 minute to the upper Letten (bathing, summer, nightlife)

About us

• Marcel (32) civil engineer, never in home office
• Sam (30) computer scientist, often in home office
• Julia (26) finance, rarely in home office

We are all quite sporty and like to do something together from time to time, whether it's sports, a beer on the terrace, or spontaneous activities in the summer. At the same time, each of us has their own daily routine and retreat.

Costs & Move-in
The total rent is 1542 CHF per month.
Included are:

• utility costs
• internet
• apartment fund
• household & cleaning utensils
• waste fees
• weekly cleaning staff

The deposit is 3725 CHF.
The closet in the room should be taken over for a negotiable price.
The room will be available on October 1st.
There is the possibility to rent a parking space in the underground garage, but it would be relatively expensive at around 400 CHF.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who fits in well with the apartment and enjoys an open, pleasant living together no pure functional apartment person.
We don't smoke in the apartment, and no one is a vegetarian, if that's important.
