I am looking for a flatmate for my beautiful, very bright attic apartment with 4.5 rooms.
About the apartment: Two bedrooms (one I use, one is free for you, room approx. 10m2) Additionally, a large room, currently set up as a dressing room/closet with table/vanity Two bathrooms One large bathroom with bathtub & shower One second bathroom with shower Both with plenty of space A rather compact, but absolutely sufficient kitchen for two people Very large, bright living area Balcony Gallery with office area currently divided half and half, but usage is negotiable and can be flexibly designed
Overall, the apartment offers a lot of space, light, and opportunities for co-design.
About me:
I am 25 years old, currently working as an MPA, but trained as a health professional and I am an open, humorous, and active person. I have many different hobbies and enjoy it when there's also some life at home whether it's mixing music, a fun evening, or just good conversations.
At the same time, I appreciate it when home can also be a place to retreat.
Who I'm looking for:
I wish for an open-minded, humorous flatmate who: likes to spend time together doesn't just want to live next to each other appreciates a home where maybe even a friendship can develop brings their own hobbies and interests
It's important to me that we get along on a human level and create a good, relaxed atmosphere.
Move-in date:
The move-in date is generally negotiable (no later than 01.11.2026).
