Due to a longer stay abroad, a room in our cozy 3-person shared apartment will be available for about 6 months. The room (first picture) is 11 m² in size and already furnished. The apartment has two bathrooms, a kitchen (with a seven-bearer coffee machine ;)) and a spacious living room with a small balcony.

The shared room is located on the 2nd floor at Fluhmattstrasse 56. Lucerne train station can be reached in 5 minutes by public transport or by bike. Coop and Migros are in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk).

About the two people you will be living with during this time:

We are Flurin (24) and Sinan (25) and we both study part-time at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. We are both very active, athletic, and love being outdoors. At the same time, we enjoy cozy evenings together with a glass of wine. Of course, each of us also needs some time to ourselves from time to time.

We are looking for:

A friendly and open-minded 3rd roommate for this period, regardless of whether female or male, around 20 to 30 years old.

We attach great importance to a relaxed, funny, and respectful interaction with each other, just like cleanliness and a pleasant cohabitation.
