We are looking for a subtenant for our bright and charming 3-room apartment as of October 20, 2026.

Apartment:
The apartment has three spacious rooms with beautiful parquet floors. All windows are equipped with shutters. The cozy balcony is located on the quiet inner courtyard side and can be accessed from both the room and the kitchen.
The kitchen offers plenty of storage space and room for a dining table and is equipped with:

• large refrigerator
• separate freezer
• dishwasher

The bright bathroom has a window and a bathtub. A washing machine is located in the bathroom and must be taken over by the previous tenant.

Some wall shelves and furniture can be taken over for a fee if desired. Details can be discussed during the apartment viewing.

The apartment is located in an attractive area with a beautiful view. Directly opposite is a historic building of the University of Basel and a primary and secondary school. Various shopping options are within walking distance. The Badische Bahnhof is easily accessible on foot and offers excellent connections to public transportation.

Since we are moving out outside of the regular term, we are looking for a subtenant as of October 20, 2026.
