We are looking for someone to take over our lovely apartment in Wipkingen from September 2026 until September 2027. The flat will be renovated starting December 2027 according to the administration. The possibility of contract extensionton can be discussed with the main tenant.

The apartment has:

- two bedrooms,

- ⁠one living room,

- ⁠separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub,

- ⁠kitchen with a lot of storage space

- ⁠a balcony with outdoor table and chairs

- ⁠two cellars and shared bicycle room.

It includes most of the furniture shown in the pictures (excluding the bed and a couple of shelves). It’s warm and cozy in the winter, pleasantly cool in the summer, and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything you need is 5-10 minutes by walk in Wipkingen station: three supermarkets, a pharmacy, a gym, and the famous Gelateria di Berna. Public transport is excellent—you can reach Zürich HB in about 15 minutes by bus right next to the building, and the S24 train provides a direct connection to oerlikon and to the airport.

The washing machine and dryer are shared with the rest of the building, but are readily available almost anytime.

The apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple, or two friends sharing.

This home has been very special to us, and we hope to find someone who will love living here as much as we have and take good care of it while creating their own happy memories.
