I am subletting my furnished studio / 1.5-room apartment in Glockengasse, in the heart of Zurich's Old Town, starting from 16 October 2026
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is ideal for one person looking for a long-term home in a very central location. Everything you need is within walking distance, and public transport connections are excellent.
The apartment is already furnished, making it suitable for someone who would like to move in without having to buy furniture.
In addition, the apartment includes access to a private storage space on the top floor of the building, as well as a shared laundry area with washing machines in the basement.
The sublease is open-ended, but I am looking specifically for someone interested in staying for at least one year.
Additional utilities are expected to be approximately CHF 100 per month or less, depending on consumption.
Important
To avoid unnecessary viewings and messages, I am looking for a reliable person who is genuinely interested in a long-term stay.
