Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Obergeschoss, zentral im Hirschmattquartier, zu Fuss wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof Luzern, zum Pilatusplatz, zu Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, Restaurants und zum See.
Objekt
Mit Ausnahme der Kueche und des Einbauschranks, die zur Wohnung gehoeren, kann das Mobiliar nach Absprache uebernommen werden. Die Fotos in diesem Inserat entstanden vor der Moeblierung, Fotos der verfuegbaren Moebel sende ich auf Anfrage gerne zu.
Uebernahme

Apart from the kitchen and the built-in wardrobe, which belong to the apartment, the furniture can be taken over at an agreed price. The photos in this listing were taken before the apartment was furnished, so photos of the available furniture are sent on request.
Taking over the lease
The contract is concluded directly with the management (von Holzen Immobilien AG, Sarnen) on unchanged terms. A current debt collection register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug) is required for the application.
