We are looking for a new tenant for our exceptional attic apartment in a lovingly renovated old villa. Those who want to combine the character of a historic house with modern living comfort, a lot of wood, and a special living atmosphere will find a home here that clearly stands out from a classic rental apartment.

The villa comprises only two residential units. Our apartment is located on the top floor and has been renovated to a high standard and in a modern style. Visible wooden beams, the beautiful wooden floor, the open roof construction, and spacious skylights give the rooms a lot of warmth and character, while also providing a bright and pleasant living feeling.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open living, dining, and kitchen area. The modern kitchen with a cooking island blends harmoniously into the open space. The high ceilings and visible roof construction create an exceptional sense of space.

In addition to the open living area, the apartment has two separate rooms as well as an additional area that can be ideally used as a home office, library, or cozy retreat. Two bathrooms, including a spacious one, provide additional comfort. A washing machine and dryer are also located directly in the apartment.

A small balcony complements the living space and offers a nice spot for a coffee or a glass of wine outdoors.

A special plus is the private entrance: access to the attic apartment is via a separate outdoor staircase that leads exclusively to this apartment. This makes the apartment feel very independent and private.

The ground floor and the first floor are occupied by only one other party. The cohabitation in the house is therefore quiet, uncomplicated, and pleasant – not a typical multi-family house with constant coming and going.

The outdoor area of the villa is also beautifully designed and contributes to the special character of the property. The entrance to the property is secured by an automatic gate.

Two parking spaces are available on the property, which can be rented for CHF 100.– per month each. Alternatively, it is possible to rent a garage parking space.
