I am releasing my apartment with a lease takeover on October 1st, 2026 (subletting possible from September 1st or 15th). It is a 2.5 room apartment located at Rue de la Borde in Lausanne, consisting of a living room/kitchen, a large bedroom, and a bathroom. The building, constructed in 2025, benefits from the Minergie label.
I am the first and only occupant of the apartment, which is therefore still in a quasi-new condition.

RENT
Monthly rent including charges: CHF 1'555.-
No parking space is available with the apartment.
The rent should not be changed when taking over the lease.

CUSTOM-MADE WARDROBE
As you can see from the plans, the bedroom has a recess whose geometry makes the layout little practical. To optimize this space, I had a custom-made wardrobe installed, offering a significant storage capacity.
Since this wardrobe was specifically designed for this location, I wish to sell it to the future tenant.
Purchase price (February 2025): CHF 1'350.-
Selling price: CHF 850.-
The application files of candidates committing to taking over this wardrobe will be prioritized.

OTHER FURNITURE
Other furniture items can also be sold according to the needs and interest of the future tenants, without any obligation. The terms can be discussed during the visits.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
To guarantee the solvency of the application, the monthly income of the candidate (or their guarantor) must be at least three times the rent amount, i.e.: CHF 4'665.-

The application file usually includes:
an identity document;
the last three pay slips;
a recent extract from the debt collection register.
The administration reserves the right to request additional documents.

VISITS
The dates and times of visits will be communicated by private message.
