The room is available from September 10, 2026
The room is arranged as follows:
- Sleeping area on the mezzanine (a new railing will be installed)
- Living area with TV
- Office area
- Small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, induction hob / Note: there is no access to water in the room but we share our kitchen!
We share the following areas:
- Bathroom and toilet
- Laundry room
- Large equipped kitchen
- Balcony and rooftop terrace
The CFF train stations of Grandvaux and Cully are 15 minutes away on foot.
Rent: CHF 1060 per month
Charges: CHF 120 per month
The charges include:
Water, electricity, heating, internet
Laundry room (washing machine & dryer)
Vacuum cleaner and household appliances
Household products
Serafe and ECA tax
Pets are not allowed.
We would like to share our house with a young woman, student or working, non-smoker, respectful of common areas and appreciating a quiet environment.
