We are looking for a subtenant for a room (13 sqm) in a beautiful 3-room apartment in the Sandrainquartier. The apartment has a balcony with garden access and a garden for shared use. The rooms are large and bright. The bathroom and kitchen are large and modern, we have a dishwasher. From your room, you can see into the garden. You won't hear any street noise, but bird chirping :)
We share the laundry room with our neighbors (a total of 4 parties).

The room is available from October to December, as Rahel is going on a trip. We are looking for someone who wants to subrent the room for 2-3 months. We are flexible with your move-in and move-out dates and are also open to shorter rental periods :)

A bit about us: We are Rahel (24, elementary school teacher) and Nina (24, landscape gardener). We are best friends and have been living in this apartment since May.
