I'm at home in the mornings during the week and work outside in the afternoons. On weekends, I work full-time outside for one or two days.

In my free time, I like to spend time by the lake in the summer and on the slopes in the winter. Otherwise, I regularly do yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. Health, fitness and sports are an important part of my daily life at work.
