Hallo zusammen

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für einen befristeten Zeitraum an 12 Personen, da wir verreisen. Von Mitte September 2026 bis Mitte April 2027 ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall verfügbar, also für 7 Monate. Gerne würden wir in Absprache mit euch bleiben, sodass wir das Enddatum gemeinsam festlegen und die Mietdauer gegebenenfalls verlängern können.

Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, die aktuell mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Büro ausgestattet ist. Das Büro könnte bei Bedarf auch in ein zweites Schlafzimmer umgewandelt werden. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein Vorplatz bzw. eine private Terrasse sowie eine Dachterrasse, die mit den anderen Parteien im Haus geteilt wird. Die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Haus sind alle sehr lieb und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Daher ist uns eine ordentliche Untermiete mit einem Auge für Sauberkeit wichtig.

Die Miete beträgt CHF 2'690. inklusive Nebenkosten.

Unsere Katze Milou lebt ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Deshalb suchen wir nur Mieterinnen und Mieter mit einem Herzen für Katzen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Quartier in Wiedikon und verfügt über eine gute ÖV-Anbindung. Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 72 ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, die Haltestellen der Linien 9 und 14 in etwa 5 Minuten. Migros und Coop sind ebenfalls jeweils nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

Everyone in the building is very friendly and easy-going.The apartment is lovingly furnished and well maintained, so it is important to us to find tidy subtenants who appreciate cleanliness and take good care of the apartment.The rent is CHF 2,690 per month, including utilities.Our cat Milou also lives in the apartment, so we are only looking for tenants who are fond of cats.The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Wiedikon and has excellent public transport connections.
