It's a spacious 4.5-room apartment with approximately 125 square meters. It's on the ground floor and the temperatures are pleasant even in the summer. There's a beautiful garden seating area with a small lawn. A dog or cat would also be possible, but I don't have any pets. Right next to the garden seating area, there's a carport where a second car could potentially park. The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from Deisswil train station.
The apartment has a large living and dining area, as well as an open kitchen with a dishwasher. Your room is 16 square meters, bright, and has a view of the garden. Another room could be used as an additional office and guest room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Except for your room, the apartment is furnished.
In the basement, there's an additional heated hobby room that can be used for music or sports. (It would be practical to practice an instrument around the clock.) The basement area is spacious, and there's a separate laundry room with a tumble dryer.
The rent, including utilities, is 2279.-, and due to the electric boiler, almost 100.- per month for electricity will be added. Basically, I envision a half split. However, if you only want to use a smaller part of the apartment or just the room as a weekly residence, we can discuss the price.
I'm 46 years old, work as a master baker, and therefore need to sleep regularly during the day. Of course, I respect your quiet times. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to cooking, eating, and spending time together. I envision a roommate between 30 and 60 years old. However, I would also rent the room as a student room for a weekly resident to a younger person.
