Hello everyone
I am leaving my beautiful 1.5 room rental apartment in Solothurn in the city and I am looking for a subtenant.
The apartment is located in Schaalgasse 11 on the third floor. Solothurn train station is 9 minutes walk and the nearest bus stop (Solothurn, Postplatz) is 3 minutes walk away.
The rent is CHF 715 including utilities. The studio is unfurnished and available for an unlimited period.
The studio has 16m2, its own kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and oven (no dishwasher) as well as its own bathroom (WC and shower). The washing machine and dryer are located on the 2nd floor and are shared with the other approximately 8 residents of the house. Laundry is already included in the rent.
One advantage that I really appreciated is that the studio has been renovated and is therefore really well insulated. In my opinion, it was never extremely loud, except during the carnival :)
