Ich suche für meine 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Winterthur eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner.
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, Vollzeitstudentin und arbeite nebenbei in der Gastro sowie als Babysitterin.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 9,5 m² gross. Das Bett und der Schrank sind brandneu und können übernommen werden. Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad, Balkon und Keller werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Mir ist ein entspanntes, respektvolles und sauberes Zusammenleben wichtig. Ich bin offen und unkompliziert, geniesse aber auch gerne mal meine Ruhe.
Ich suche jemanden, der zuverlässig, ordentlich und angenehm im Zusammenleben ist egal ob Student/in oder berufstätig.

I'm 24 years old, a full-time student, and I also work part-time in hospitality and as a babysitter.
The room is approximately 9.5 m². The bed and wardrobe are brand new and can be taken over. The kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony and basement are shared.
A relaxed, respectful and clean living environment is important to me. I'm open-minded and easy-going, but I also enjoy having some quiet time for myself.
I'm looking for someone who is reliable, tidy and easy to live with whether you're a student or working.
