The room is located in a large 5.5-room apartment where we feel very comfortable - we hope you will too :)

The apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. For visitors, we also have a guest room that otherwise serves as an office. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, no elevator, but with a nice view. We also have a basement compartment including a communal washing machine and dryer. And we also have a balcony.
The apartment is fully furnished and we share the entire equipment. Your room is unfurnished, so you can furnish it to your liking.

Johannes works in an architectural office and Andres in the cantonal hospital. Although we are relatively busy with work and leisure stress, this is definitely not a functional shared apartment. Most of the time, we chat when we run into each other, like to cook/eat together, and undertake the occasional shared apartment activity. We are extremely proud of our joint jogging round, which we amazingly consistently do every Wednesday. We would be happy if you also like to get involved in the shared apartment. It would be nice if you were around our age. 25-35 as a range :)

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of St. Fiden train station, from which you can quickly get to all directions by S-Bahn. The bus stop is also only about 5 minutes away. From there, buses run every few minutes in the direction of the city center, which you can reach in about 10 minutes. You can also reach the city center on foot in 10-15 minutes. The path through the city park is very pleasant. The highway access is also not far away. Groceries, restaurants, bakeries, etc. are also within walking distance.

Regarding the move-in date, we have some flexibility. If necessary, our guest room can still cushion the transition :)
