From September to November, I will be traveling in Asia and am looking for a suitable subtenant for my room in our beautiful and modern shared apartment at Schaffhauserplatz. The room is available for rent from September 9th to November 12th (extension until November 23rd possible by agreement). The exact period and monthly rent are negotiable by mutual agreement.

About the apartment. The entire house has been renovated and equipped with modern standards. Various tram lines (HB: 5 minutes, Central: 5 minutes, Hardbrücke: 10 minutes) as well as shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, bakery, and Avec) are directly in front of the house door. The Limmat is 7 minutes' walk away. The apartment is extremely quiet despite its very central location and has sunlight all day due to its southern orientation.
The apartment offers the following amenities (see also floor plan):

• 1 bedroom (your room has 24 m2 with access to the balcony - bed, wardrobe, desk, and cabinet)
• 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub/shower and washing tower, the smaller one only with WC)
• Modern kitchen with induction stove
• Balcony access in all rooms (walkaround around the apartment)

You will be living with my roommate Vincent. He is 33 years old, a doctor at Triemli & Weidspital, and spends his free time doing sports or at the Limmat. He enjoys spontaneous conversations after work or in the evening on the sofa but also values his quiet time to recover from his intense workdays.
